Information concerning the processing of personal data

The company Eurotermo Srl, with registered office in Via Lunga n. 18 – 25126 Brescia (BS) (hereafter “Eurotermo” or ” Data Controller””), provides below, in accordance with Article 13 of European Regulation n.2016 / 679, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter “GDPR”), some information relating to the processing of its Customers’ (hereafter “Customers” or “You” or “Data Subject”) personal data collected in order to provide for the execution of pre-contractual and / or contractual agreements or to fulfil a legal obligation.

1. Purposes for processing and legal basis

The personal data requested are collected and processed for the following purposes:

1.1. Execution of pre-contractual measures – contract – legal obligations

1.1.1. Your personal data are collected directly from the website under the heading ‘contacts’, in order to be able to respond to any requests for information related to the economic activity of the Data Controller and in relation to pre-contractual and / or contractual requirements and for the fulfilment of legal obligations;

1.1.2. On the ‘Contact’ page, you will be asked to provide some mandatory personal data (name and surname, email address, etc) and some optional data in order to be able to be contacted and / or to be able to respond to your requests / needs;

1.1.3. The provision of such data involves the inclusion of the same in our databases for the information / pre-contractual activity;

1.1.4. The data will be adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary. If needs be, it will be updated with respect to the purposes for which they were collected;

1.1.5. The Data Controller may also process your data to send you service communications by e-mail or by direct telephone contact or traditional post if you decide freely to provide such data when requesting information. You can choose at any time to no longer receive service communications via phone calls, e-mail or traditional post according to the methods indicated in paragraph 7 of this policy.

1.1.6. The legal basis for processing of personal data referred to in 1.1.1, 1.1.2, 1.1.3, 1.1.4 and 1.1.5 is the execution of a contract to which the Data Subject is a party, within the meaning of Art. 6, paragraph 1, letter f) of the GDPR.

2. Provision of data and consequences of any refusal

2.1. In relation to the processing of personal data for the purposes indicated in paragraph 1.1, the provision of data is mandatory to provide information related to the economic activity of the company, for pre-contractual and / or contractual requirements. If you refuse to provide your personal data it will not be possible to fulfil your requests and pre-contractual obligations.

3. Processing methods

3.1. The processing of personal data is based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency. The processing of personal data may also be carried out through automated procedures designed to store, manage and transmit the data and will take place through appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure, among other things, security, confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience systems and services, through the use of appropriate procedures that avoid the risk of loss, unauthorized access, illicit use and dissemination.

3.2. The data will be stored in the platform managed by the Data Controller and its suppliers, with servers located in Italy and / or in the European Union.

4. Recipients of personal data

4.1. Your personal data will be processed by the employees and collaborators of the Data Controller, in their capacity as subjects authorised to process such data.

4.2. Your personal data will be processed by third party companies known by the Data Controller who will perform some services on behalf of the Data Controller, in particular:

• third party companies who process data on behalf of the Data Controller and who are authorised to carry out consultancy or other services;

• companies that perform market analysis and research.

These companies are direct collaborators of Eurotermo and act as its Data Processor.

4.3. Your personal data will not be disseminated or transferred to independent third parties.

5. Transfer of data to Non-EU countries

5.1. Your data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Union.

6. Personal data retention period

6.1. The personal data processed for the registration purposes referred to in paragraph 1.1. will be retained until you exercise your rights under point 7.

7. Your rights

7.1. In relation to the processing of personal data made by the Data Controller, you can exercise your rights under Articles 15 to 20 of the GDPR and, in particular, request that the Data Controller accesses your personal data and / or corrects it and / or deletes it and / or stops processing it and / or limits its treatment. Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial appeal, you can personally make a claim to the “Garante” (the Data Protection Supervisor, i.e., the Italian body competent regarding monitoring and enforcing compliance with the GDPR) for the protection of personal data.

7.2. Pursuant to Art. 20 of the GDPR, you will be able to exercise, in addition to the rights indicated above, the right to data portability. In this last case, you will have the right to ask the Data Controller for your personal data in a structured and commonly used format, readable by an automatic device and, consequently, the right to transmit such data to another data controller without restrictions on behalf of the principal Data Controller.

7.3. These rights may be exercised by sending written notice to the address below or an e-mail to: privacy@eurotermo.com and, in the case of portability, may request that the transmission of data be made directly by the Data Controller to another data controller when technically feasible and correctly identified.
